Use of the software
Castwright is personal-use software. You may use it to generate audiobooks for your own listening. You may not use it to produce audio for commercial redistribution, or to circumvent copyright in ways that exceed personal-use format-shifting.
The software is provided as-is, without warranty. We'll fix bugs in good faith — that's what the project is for — but we make no guarantees of fitness for any particular purpose.
The Cast Pass
The Cast Pass is a one-off licence purchase that will, at launch, unlock cross-book series memory and the companion app. During the public beta it is not yet on sale and every feature is free. It is sold through Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record; your payment and receipt are handled by Paddle, not directly by Castwright.
There is no subscription and no renewal. One payment, one licence, yours permanently.
Refund policy
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, no questions asked. If the Cast Pass doesn't work for you, email hello@castwright.ai within 14 days with your order reference and we'll process the refund via Paddle. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted on the download page alongside each release. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
